The Katsu-Mi Karate Club aims to teach and promote traditional Shotokan Karate which benefits health, fitness, discipline and self defence. The club is open to adults and children from 6 years old.

Sensei Carroll is a fully licensed and qualified instructor with Karate England, this includes 1st aid, health and safety, child protection and equal opportunities he also holds an up to date CRB check, all relevant personal liability insurances. The Katsu-Mi club travels all over the world training and competing and has members who compete for the FBSKU(i) England team.
