Please note that all questions on the application form must be answered on the form itself. Council members and staff are working to a tight timescale and thus are unable to consider reports attached to the form. Please supply your summary Income and Expenditure Account, inclusive of balances, on one A4 piece of paper. Due the number of grant applications received there is a copy limit of 4 sheets A4 per application.
